After completing the Dare to Be Great: Strategies for Creating a Culture of Leading workshop and implementing what they learned many people asked, “What’s next?” They were looking for more tools, tactics and strategies to implement in their journey of creating a great culture in their piece of their organization, and in their organization as a whole.
