Heh. I Dare You!

I dare you to be great in 2016.

I dare you to embrace excellence and punch mediocrity in the mouth. 

I dare you to be a better trainer in 2016 than you were in 2015.

I dare you to find new ways to engage your officers in training.

I dare you to enhance all your PowerPoint or Keynote presentation and use fewer words and more high quality pictures.

I dare you to go the rest of the year without reading off your slides to the audience. 

I dare you to ask more question. Questions of yourself, your officers, fellow trainers, your mentors and fellow trainers.

I dare you to grow your leadership skills in 2016. 

I dare you to grow as a trainer in 2016 by reading at least one non fiction book every month, watching at least one new WINx, TED, or TEDx  talk every week, listening to at least one podcast every week, completing at least one online course, attending at least one conference and joining the Excellence in Training Academy community.

I dare you to share what you are learning with your fellow trainers.
