It is not enough to read a large number of books, listen to a variety of podcasts, read a number of blogs, attend courses, conferences and seminars and gain a great deal of knowledge.
Knowledge is not power, it is potential. The potential to empower others. The potential to initiate change and make things better.
Knowledge is of little use without action.
Too often we put a lot of value on stickers, certificates, diplomas and degrees without ever asking, “What did you learn?” and “What actions are you taking to implement what you learned?”
You need to embrace both learning and doing.
